As we push toward scale, we’re expanding our founding team to accelerate product development and advance our AI engine.We’re building next-generation dealtech: fast, intuitive, secure software that slashes analyst workload and elevates the speed and quality of deal execution.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a CTO & Co-Founder to lead the next phase of Quralyst’s technical development, taking a validated MVP and evolving it into a scalable, AI-driven platform used by deal teams globally.This role is ideal for a mid to senior-level engineer who wants full ownership of the technology roadmap, enjoys building systems end-to-end, and is motivated to help shape a category-defining AI product in M&A and financial research, spanning data ingestion, API integration, AI workflow orchestration, and a scalable application layer.What You’ll DoLead engineering for the Quralyst platform, scaling the MVP into a robust, production-ready systemBuild and refine data ingestion, enrichment, orchestration, and intelligence pipelinesArchitect secure, high-performance systems that unify firmographics, financials, ownership, and relationship intelligenceDevelop AI-driven workflows that automate target generation, buyer mapping, comps, and strategic insightsEstablish engineering standards, tooling, and long-term technical directionHire, mentor, and grow the engineering team over timeOversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data governance, and security practicesWork closely with the founder on product roadmap, UX, and feature prioritizationRepresent Quralyst’s technical vision in fundraising and strategic partner conversationsWhat We’re Looking ForMid to senior-level experience in software engineering or technical leadershipProven experience building and shipping SaaS or data-heavy productsBackground in fintech, analytics, or financial data (nice to have, not mandatory)Strong full-stack skills across modern front-end frameworks and backend languagesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable architecturesExperience or strong interest in AI/LLM workflows, vector search, or data orchestrationComfort working in an early-stage environment with autonomy, speed, and ownershipStrong product thinking and the ability to turn business needs into technical solutionsWhat We OfferCo-Founder title with meaningful equityOwnership of Quralyst’s technical direction and engineering cultureA validated MVP and early market demand to build uponFlexible remote/hybrid working environmentOpportunity to build a breakthrough AI platform that empowers deal teams globally
