This is not yet another app in an app store, its an store in itself.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the Co-Founder/CTO (backend) position at HappiDost.Ai.The co-founder should be passionate about shaping the future of man-machine interface. They will play the role of a CTO to architect and build the backend software of the product.The Co-Founder/CTO will lead the design, development, and optimization of backend systems, databases, AI, servers and microservices. Responsibilities include overseeing the technical architecture, coding backend solutions, conducting system integration, and ensuring security, scalability and performance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology roadmaps with business goals, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic decisions regarding product development and technology adoption.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and data-driven decision-making Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively collaborating with diverse teams Proven Research abilities to analyze trends, competitors, and technological advancements. Experience in building secure identity management systems. Proficient in backend development technologies, languages and frameworks. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on a collaborative mindset. Prior startup experience, or a clear entrepreneurial mindset, is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7 years experience. A person with integrity.
