Executive- Consumer Insights: Are you passionate about understanding consumer behavior and turning data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team and support product development, marketing, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: Understand business objectives and define research needs. Conduct qualitative research through consumer calls, interviews, focus groups, and online communities. Develop research instruments like discussion guides, surveys, and questionnaires. Support data collection, analysis, and the preparation of reports. Summarize consumer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product improvement. Maintain organized records of all research activities and ensure compliance with data privacy standards. Key Requirements: Strong qualitative research skills (moderating calls, writing discussion guides). Experience of 0-1 years in Consumer Insights Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Understanding of qualitative research methodologies. Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets. Strong coordination and communication abilities. Familiarity with Product testing methodologies (monadic, sequential, sensory, HUTs) Exposure to personal care product testing is a plus
