Location - Jarod(near Vadodara), Gujarat
Key Roles / Responsibilities: -
Performing/supervising preventive/predictive/break down maintenance of machines in the plant as per preventive maintenance schedule/checklist or user-based information.
Monitoring fuel, energy and water consumption of the plant and reduction of the same.
Arrangement of critical spare parts of the machine by coordinating with purchase and stores depts.
Reduction of spare parts consumption by developing these spares locally/developing alternates of the same.
Reduction in machine break down hours and to achieve minimum MTTR (mean time to repair).
Reduction in maintenance cost.
Modification/continual improvements of maintenance/machines and operating system to achieve above mentioned points.
Supervise/handling the working team and training of the team to achieve departmental objectives and targets.
