Role : Telesales Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our services.

  • Provide accurate information in response to client inquiries and address any concerns.

  • Maintain an organized record of client interactions, updating details in the database consistently.

  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert interest into sales.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on goals and strategies.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
