Responsibilities: Lead the migration program including scoping, project planning, architecture, engineering, and coordination Participate in all Agile ceremonies including the daily SCRUM. Define Data Warehouse modernization strategy. Establish an end-to-end migration approach and implement the migration strategy Partner as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams. Communicate schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks across teams and to stakeholders. Maintain a quarterly view of defined, prioritized, and scoped work. Creatively develop plans to mitigate any issues that affect the project deliverables. Required Skills: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Solid understanding of cloud platforms, software development and infrastructure. Knowledge of Big Data (Spark, Hadoop), Snowflake Data Platform and Azure DF Should have worked on migration of Historical data in TBs Knowledge on Informatica is an added advantage. Knowledge on PCI DSS and banking regulatory compliances is good to have Knowledge of any of these skills - Shell scripting / Java/ Spring Boot/ Rest APIs, Orchestration using Airflow and related technologies, good hands on experience in Snowflake architecture design and migration implementation, Python, Java Spark. Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools to manage workflows and monitor project progress. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
