Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Supervisor to oversee site operations, coordinate with workers, and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training staff, resolving on-site issues, monitoring daily tasks, and reporting to the head office. Additionally, the Supervisor will be required to procure necessary materials for the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and guide staff to improve performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor daily work progress and provide regular reports to the head office.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain productivity and safety.
  • Purchase and manage materials required for site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience in staff supervision is mandatory.
  • For overseas candidates: Must have GCC experience.
  • Must be under 40 years of age.
  • Valid driving license required.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
