Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Head to manage the GIC/GCC/Captive business for one of our Clients. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, managing the P&L for India, and scaling our company's capabilities across GCC in India.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Manage the P&L for India, focusing on Captive/GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in India, GCC, and with global clients.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
We Are Looking For (Essential On Arrival)
Proven leadership experience in a global role, preferably in a similar capacity
Familiarity with the India, GCC, and global business landscape.
Strong understanding of business operations, P&L management, and experience driving profitable growth.
Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills with a track record of successfully scaling business units.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
