The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare sales and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales Management:**- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive clinic growth and patient acquisition.- Identify and engage with potential referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations.- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
2. **Customer Coordination:**- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about clinic services.- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless patient experience from initial contact through treatment.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is addressed.
3. **Marketing and Outreach:**- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to raise awareness about diabetes and renal health services.- Organize community outreach programs, health fairs, and seminars to educate the public and promote clinic services.
4. **Team Collaboration:**- Work closely with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care for patients.- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery.
5. **Administrative Duties:**- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and patient feedback.- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts related to sales and marketing efforts.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing , Medicine, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field with Certification as Diabetes Educator.- Proven experience in sales of Diabetes Patient care services- Strong understanding of diabetes and renal health- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to build and nurture relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
