Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at WCube located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role involves leading a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of WCube's client base.

QualificationsSales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target AchievementTeam Leadership and Business Development skillsKnowledge of B2B sales processes and strategiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience in the tech industry or B2B marketplace is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and PlanningDevelop and execute sales strategies for the Gurugram region to achieve and exceed sales targets.Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.Create actionable sales plans for the team, blending field and remote efforts.

Client Acquisition and Relationship ManagementIdentify, engage, and onboard potential B2B clients in the regionConduct on-site client meetings to strengthen relationships and understand client needs.Build long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustained business growth.

Filed and Revenue FocusOversee field sales operations to ensure team members maximize client-facing time and generate leads.Monitor and guide the team to achieve revenue and profitability targets through effective RFQ-to-PO conversion.Drive upselling and cross-selling efforts during client visits and virtual discussions.

Reporting and CoordinationProvide regular updates on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics to senior management.Collaborate with the centralized sourcing team for seamless RFQ and PO processing.Work with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.

Market Expansion and NetworkingFocus on expanding WCube’s presence in Gurugram by targeting key industries like facility management, manufacturing, and office spaces.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business networking sessions.

Problem Solving and EscalationsHandle escalations from clients or team members promptly and effectively.Assist the team in resolving complex client issues during field interactions or negotiations.

Compliance and Data ManagementEnsure compliance with company policies and ethical guidelines across all sales activities.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, RFQs, and sales data in the CRM system.

Key Metrics for SuccessAchievement of sales and revenue targets for the region.Client retention and satisfaction rates.RFQ to PO conversion rate improvement.Number of new clients acquiredSales team performance, including adherence to office schedules and targets.
