Experience and Skills
Should have worked for 5 years in engineering consultancy or EPC company preferably in infrastructure sector

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experienced in complete cycle of business development from searching of New EoIs & RFPs (Checking the Pre-Qualifications with Organization's credentials to proposal making, contact/agreement signing and handover to project team for job commencement.
Analyzing and identifying potential companies for alliances, JV partnerships and associations.
Attending pre-bid meetings, technical and financial negotiation meetings with clients Streamline tender filling process, Technical Proposal preparations, maintaining BD database.
Preparations of proposals for public sector tenders and private clients
