The HR Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. The role requires building and maintaining a talent pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders.Qualifications- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations (6 months to 1 year preferred).- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and interview techniques.- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment processes; prior experience in the IT or SAP domain is a plus.
