Overview

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with an MBA in HR to support end-to-end hiring activities. The role includes sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, assisting with onboarding, and handling client recruitment needs when required. Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for HR are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and evaluates candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates for availability, feedback, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of interview outcomes.

Client Recruitment Support (Plus Point)

  • Understand client hiring needs and share shortlisted profiles accordingly.
  • Coordinate with client HR teams for interviews and feedback.
  • Assist in client onboarding or recruitment documentation when needed.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS reports.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong rapport with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Provide timely communication and update candidates throughout the process.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of basic HR & recruitment concepts (from MBA HR).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.
  • Comfortable interacting with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

  • MBA in HR / PGDM HR is mandatory.
  • 0–6 months experience in recruitment/HR operations.
  • Freshers with internship experience in HR are welcome.
  • Must work onsite in Bangalore.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
