Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The HR Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. The role requires building and maintaining a talent pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations (6 months to 1 year preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and interview techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment processes; prior experience in the IT or SAP domain is a plus.
