You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate cloud tools and frameworks, and lead implementation strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability. The role demands strong technical leadership, solution thinking, and hands-on cloud engineering experience.Key Responsibilities- Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of cloud-native tools and architectures- Act as an SME for Amazon Connect and related AWS services- Guide and mentor engineering teams to drive performance and cloud adoption- Make architectural decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams- Integrate best-practice CI/CD, automation, and containerization techniques- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and drive innovation across teams- Monitor tool performance and continuously optimize cloud environmentsRequired Skills & Experience- 12+ years of experience in Amazon Connect and cloud solution engineering- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless computing- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and modern container ecosystems- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skillsPreferred Skills- Programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java- Experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments- Hands-on experience integrating cloud-native communication platformsSoft Skills- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration- Passion for innovation, automation, and cloud transformation
