The role demands strong technical leadership, solution thinking, and hands-on cloud engineering experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead evaluation, selection, and deployment of cloud-native tools and architecturesAct as an SME for Amazon Connect and related AWS servicesGuide and mentor engineering teams to drive performance and cloud adoptionMake architectural decisions and provide solutions across multiple teamsIntegrate best-practice CI/CD, automation, and containerization techniquesConduct knowledge-sharing sessions and drive innovation across teamsMonitor tool performance and continuously optimize cloud environmentsRequired Skills & Experience12+ years of experience in Amazon Connect and cloud solution engineeringHands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless computingStrong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and modern container ecosystemsExperience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesStrong stakeholder management and team leadership skillsPreferred SkillsProgramming skills in Python, Node.js, or JavaExperience in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environmentsHands-on experience integrating cloud-native communication platformsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and cross-team collaborationPassion for innovation, automation, and cloud transformation
