Job DescriptionNous recherchons pour notre client, équipementier aéronautique spécialisé dans la fabrication de pièces de fixation et de composants de structure, un Responsable commercial.Directement rattaché au Directeur commercial et évoluant dans une équipe de 10 personnes, vous aurez à charge les missions suivantes :Assurer le développement et la fidélisation de votre portefeuille client sur un territoire donné,

Identifier et déployer votre stratégie de développement sur les comptes clés (Prospection et fidélisation)

Contribuer aux négociations des contrats en coordination avec les équipes sales, marketing et les usines,

Participer à la définition du budget sur votre périmètre,

Assurer une veille et une analyse marché efficace,

Collecter et partager en interne les informations clients pouvant participer au développement des ventes de l'entreprise,

Veiller au respect des conditions internes auprès de la hiérarchie pour livrer vos clients dans les délais, gérer les réclamations et les éventuels dysfonctionnements,

Réaliser le reporting des activités commerciales pour votre hiérarchie.

Profil Issu d'une formations Bac+5 en école de commerce ou d'une formation d'ingénieur, vous justifiez d'une solide première expérience sur un poste similaire et dans un environnement industriel (3ans). Vous avez un excellent relationnel et une bonne capacité d'adaptation. Enfin, vous justifiez d'un niveau d'anglais courant pour les clients et collaborateurs internationaux.Informations contractuelles

Déplacements en France (30%) ainsi que dans les filiales à l'étranger ( Etats-Unis et Royaume Uni),

Rémunération attractive avec un prime variable de 10% (objectifs individuels de 10%),

TT deux fois par semaines après 6 mois dans l'entreprise,

Prime participation et intéressement,
