About Us:

Berbera is an imported clothing and surplus store in Kochi, known for exclusive and high-quality clothing, with a separate store offering creative alteration services.

We are looking for female staffs for the following positions. Please provide your CVs with attached photographs.

1. Sales Executive (2 Positions)

Location: Kochi

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting products and provide styling suggestions

Showcase products and explain fabric, fit, and value

Handle customer queries with professionalism

Support in achieving monthly sales targets

Maintain product display and store presentation

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for fashion and clothing

Previous sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)

2. Accounts Executive (1 Position)

Location: Kochi

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage daily billing and invoicing

Handle cash, card, and UPI transactions

Maintain accurate accounting records

Support in financial reporting and audits

Coordinate with management for smooth operations

Requirements:

Knowledge of Tally/Excel or accounting software

Basic understanding of GST & billing

Attention to detail and accuracy

3. Store Executive (1 Position)

Location: Kochi

Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations

Handle stock management and inventory

Ensure store cleanliness and product arrangement

Support staff in sales and customer service

Coordinate with alteration unit when required

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills

Ability to manage a small team

Prior retail/store handling experience (preferred)

4. E-Commerce Executive (1 Position)

Location: Kochi

Role & Responsibilities:

Update stock availability and product details online

Handle order processing, packaging, and dispatch coordination

Respond to customer queries and online reviews

Assist in digital promotions and sales campaigns

Requirements:

Knowledge of online sales platforms

Basic computer & internet skills

Experience in e-commerce handling (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
