**Job Summary**

She /He will be involved in the daily activities of a store that specializes in selling fresh produce. The primary goal is to ensure the efficient and profitable functioning of the fruits and vegetables section. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of a store by maintaining high standards of product quality, customer service, and overall store efficiency.

**Age: 18-45**

**Core competence**
- Plus two or Above
- Fresher’s can also apply, but Preferred Previous experience in retail management, particularly in a grocery store or supermarket setting, is typically required. Experience specifically in managing the fruits and vegetables section is highly valued.
- Ability to manage store and customers and billing activities efficiently
- Knowledge of fruits and vegetables, including their varieties, seasonality, quality indicators, and proper handling procedures will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers,
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage inventory, and multitasking simultaneously.
- Proficient with MS-Office applicants - WORD, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Job Description.**
- Implementing the execution plans provided by the reporting manager and delivering quality results
- Monitor and manage the inventory of fruits and vegetables to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Handling customer support and Grievance handling
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store.
- Ability to increase sales and by delivering maximum efficiency in the work assigned
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and other relevant compliance requirements.
- Will be responsible for the day to day operations in the store like Price talker’s management, Dumb Posting, Store recovery, purchase, Billing and GRN, and Cash handling
- Providing Home delivery support for the store
- Informing the manager about the stock levels
- Maintains awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding customer requirements
- Maintaining Registers and records in relation with the store
- Informing and reporting day to day activities to the reporting manager.
- Any other duties as it may have suggested by the reporting manager from time to time.
- Responsible for Sales achievement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges, optimize processes, and make informed decisions. The capacity to think on their feet and resolve issues promptly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
