PositionOverview: We are seeking amotivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as aDigital Marketing Intern with a specific focus on Search EngineOptimization (SEO). This internship will provide valuable handsonexperience in optimizing websites for search engines and increasingorganic traffic. This position is ideal for someone passionateabout SEO eager to learn and looking to gain practical skills inthefield.
Responsibilities:
  • KeywordResearch: Conduct indepth keyword research toidentify relevant keywords and phrases with high search volumes andlow competition. Utilize keyword research tools and analytics toinform SEO strategies.
  • OnPageOptimization: Assist in optimizing website contentincluding meta tags headings URLs and internal linking structures.Ensure content is search engine friendly relevant and aligned withtarget keywords.
  • OffPageOptimization: Support the team in developing andexecuting offpage SEO strategies such as link building guestblogging and online directory submissions. Monitor backlinkprofiles and identify opportunities forimprovement.
  • TechnicalSEO: Assist in conducting website audits to identifytechnical SEO issues including site speed mobile optimizationcrawlability and indexing. Collaborate with the team to implementsolutions and improve websiteperformance.
  • ContentCreation: Collaborate with the content team tocreate SEOfriendly content including blog articles landing pagesand product descriptions. Optimize content for target keywords andensure it provides value tousers.
  • SEO Reporting andAnalysis: Collect and analyze SEO performance datausing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms. Preparereports on key metrics trends and actionable insights forcontinuousimprovement.
  • CompetitiveAnalysis: Conduct competitor research to identifySEO strategies keywords and backlink opportunities. Stay updated onindustry trends and algorithm changes to ensure proactive SEOstrategies.
  • Stay Abreast ofIndustry Trends: Stay updated on the latest SEOtrends algorithm updates and best practices. Attend webinarsconferences and online courses to enhance SEO knowledge andskills.

Qualifications:
  • Currentlypursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing BusinessCommunications or a related field.
  • Stronganalytical skills and attention todetail.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principleskeyword research and onpage/offpage optimizationtechniques.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools andplatforms such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush orMoz.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Selfmotivated with theability to work independently and as part of ateam.
  • Strong organizational skills with theability to manage multiple tasks and meetdeadlines.

Durationand Compensation: This is anunpaid internship position with a duration of 3 months. The internwill have the opportunity to gain valuable handson experience andenhance their SEO skills in a professional setting. Working hoursand schedule will be discussed and determined based on mutualagreement.
Note: This internship opportunity is not accompanied by a salary and itis unpaid. Nevertheless upon successfully completing the internshipthe selected candidate will be awarded an experience letter. We areseeking an individual who is dedicated to achieving excellence andcan make a significant impact on ourteam.
