We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, proactive self-starter, who has an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brands and consumer trends, and the ability to drive excellence across various brand collaboration and licensing projects.

Responsibilities:

The Account Director is responsible for being a senior-level strategic partner for our clients, focused on building mutually beneficial long-term relationships. We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven professional to contribute to a growing agency as a valued thought leader within the organization. This varied role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

- Ideating Brand Partnerships and Brand Extension strategy for clients- Identify key decision makers within client and partner companies to cultivate profitable relationships- Leverage existing networks and establish new connections to drive partnership opportunities forward- Generate mock-ups and pitch presentations that effectively communicate key trends and brand launch concepts to internal teams and external partners- Developing and pitching prospects, negotiating commercial terms- Collaborate with the team and utilize in-depth insights to translate strategic directions into creative solutions and pitches that surpass client expectations and achieve high-calibre results- Lead all stages of product development across categories for deals, including Brand Collaborations and Licensing Partnerships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing.- Proven experience in a creative/marketing leadership role, preferably within the licensing/ consumer products industry.- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.- Previous exposure to brand management or brand marketing initiatives.- Proven commercial experience: prospecting, pitching and contract negotiation

Compensation:

Competitive Salary commensurate with skills & experience. Compensation for this position will be split between fixed and performance-based incentives.

We do this by identifying innovative and impactful brand extension opportunities and subsequently finding and securing specialist manufacturers/retail partners under a license agreement. These brand extensions help our clients expand their product portfolio, enhance brand awareness, increase customer touchpoints, and generate new revenue streams.
