About the role: The Program Coordination Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and management of various activities across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure that all necessary processes are followed accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment to ensure the successful execution of various organizational activities. What you'll do: Coordination & Communication: Work closely with relevant teams to ensure all required steps for activating and managing activities are completed on time and according to standards. Scheduling & Assignments: Collaborate with key stakeholders to assign personnel and schedule activities. Manage any cancellations or rescheduling requests as they arise. Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues and answering questions from team members across the organization. Documentation: Regularly update and maintain internal documents related to program administration as requested by management and assist with various reporting needs. What you'll need: HSC or University Degree Strong communication skills in English (oral and written) Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing processes. Self-driven and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges. Flexibility to incorporate new processes and tools as needed. #LI-Onsite
