We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, particularly Tally, and possess strong analytical skills.

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Qualification: Graduation

Location: Indore

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:


• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.


• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.


• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.


• Prepare and review financial reports, including trial balance, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.


• Reconcile ledger accounts on a regular basis.


• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.


• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.


• Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory compliance documents.


• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.


• Manage operations by travelling at other branches.


• Assist in other financial tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:


• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.


• Strong proficiency in Tally software (mandatory).


• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting tools.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Willing to travel to manage operations.
