Role OverviewWe are expanding our global footprint by establishing offshore operations in India As part of this strategic initiative, we’re seeking

Workday Specialists

with expertise in

HCM ,

Integrations , or

Finance modules

to drive our offshore practice.This role is ideal for motivated professionals passionate about delivering excellence in Workday solutions, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to the build-out of our offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities✅ Lead, implement, and deliver Workday Application Management Services, optimization, and new Workday module projects.✅ Provide technical and functional expertise to

prototype, design, configure , and enhance Workday solutions.✅ Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues while driving continuous improvements.✅ Collaborate with customers and onsite teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.✅ Stay updated on new Workday features and

evangelize Workday best practices

to drive client adoption and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years

of hands-on configuration/development experience with

Workday HCM ,

Integrations , or

Finance modules .Bachelor’s degree

required;

MBA preferred .Proven track record of delivering successful

Workday implementations

or

optimizations .Workday Pro or Services certification

in

HCM ,

Finance , or

Integration modules

is mandatory.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
