Position: Workday Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 3+ years in Workday HCM, Integrations, or Finance
Certifications: Workday Pro or Services certification in one or more modules is required
Role Overview
We are expanding our global footprint by establishing offshore operations in India As part of this strategic initiative, we’re seeking Workday Specialists with expertise in HCM , Integrations , or Finance modules to drive our offshore practice.
This role is ideal for motivated professionals passionate about delivering excellence in Workday solutions, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to the build-out of our offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead, implement, and deliver Workday Application Management Services, optimization, and new Workday module projects.
✅ Provide technical and functional expertise to prototype, design, configure , and enhance Workday solutions.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues while driving continuous improvements.
✅ Collaborate with customers and onsite teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
✅ Stay updated on new Workday features and evangelize Workday best practices to drive client adoption and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on configuration/development experience with Workday HCM , Integrations , or Finance modules .
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred .
Proven track record of delivering successful Workday implementations or optimizations .
Workday Pro or Services certification in HCM , Finance , or Integration modules is mandatory.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
