Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist & Contact Database execute to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns and managing our contact database to ensure that our email communication efforts are effective and compliant with data privacy regulations.

Title: Demand Generation Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our marketing goals and brand voice- Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including list segmentation, prospect generation, and optimization- Write engaging email copy that drives action and conversion- Create visually appealing email templates that capture attention and convey our brand message effectively- Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization- Manage our contact database, ensuring that data is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with data privacy regulations- Continuously research and stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and industry trends- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop email campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 0-2years of experience in email marketing and database management- Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Hubspot, Pardot, etc.)- Writing skills and attention to detail- Experience with database management and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
