Job Description – Marketing Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a
Marketing Associate
with
1–2 years of experience
in digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, content creation, and social media management. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative storytelling and data-driven execution, and wants to grow into a well-rounded marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities
Search & Organic Growth

  • Support execution of
    on-page and off-page SEO
    strategies to increase organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content across web pages and blogs.
  • Track SEO performance using analytics and reporting tools.

Paid Campaigns

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing ads across
    Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
    .
  • Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.

Content & Copywriting

  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for blogs, ad copies, emailers, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create impactful marketing materials.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Social Media Management

  • Manage company profiles across
    LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
    .
  • Draft, schedule, and post content; monitor comments and engagement.
  • Track analytics to suggest improvements for growth and engagement.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports on SEO, ads, and social media campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years
    in digital marketing, SEO, or campaign management.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
  • Working knowledge of
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Canva/Photoshop or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
