Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 
    B2C marketing strategies
     to grow brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Plan and manage 
    digital campaigns
     across social media, email marketing, content creation, and paid advertisements.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Conduct 
    market research
     to identify consumer trends and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven tools and create actionable reports.
  • Manage 
    brand positioning
     to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels.
  • Build partnerships and leverage marketing tools to enhance customer acquisition efforts.
  • Support product launches and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2 years of B2C marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in 
    digital marketing
    , including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in 
    marketing analytics tools
     such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Exceptional communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
