Key Responsibilities:
Strategic
Planning:Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with Karnival’s business objectives.Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and partnerships.
Marketing & Sales Optimization:Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.Work closely with the sales team to align growth strategies with sales goals and optimize the sales funnel.Utilize data and analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and drive decision-m aking.
Partnership
Development:
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with potential business partners in the industry.Collaborate with partners to co-develop marketing strategies and integratio n plans.
Prod uct Development:
Work with the product team to ensure the product roadmap aligns with growth opportunities and market demands.Provide customer and market feedback to drive product improvements and innovations.
Fin ancial Management:Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Track and report on key growth metrics, providing regular updates to senior management

Qualifications:
Experience in growth management, marketing, or a related role within a high-growth startup or tech company.Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving KPIs.Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social mediastra tegies.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Lusha, Apollo , Linkedin Navigator).Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partnersCreative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
