Role Overview:
As the Growth and Strategy Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the company’s strategic initiatives and growth plans. This role requires a strong background in business strategy, growth management, and technology integration to create scalable business models, optimise product offerings, and maximise revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals. This includes market segmentation, product positioning, and revenue optimization.
Business Model Formulation: Create and refine business models that drive growth and profitability. Identify target segments and design product offerings that meet market demands.
Revenue Growth: Strategize and execute plans to increase revenue through innovative product offerings, new market entry, and enhanced customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Leverage insights to stay ahead in the market.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with the technology team to incorporate the latest technological advancements into the company’s growth strategies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of the growth strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of growing an organization, with measurable results reflected in numbers.
Degree from a reputed institution, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or related fields.
8-10 years of experience in strategy, business growth, and technology integration, with a strong background in marketing and sales.
Experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry. : Preferred
Skills:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with business model formulation, target segmentation, and revenue optimization.
Competence in using technology to drive business growth.
