Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Hindi literature, language, and related subjects.
  • Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research work.
  • Develop innovative teaching methodologies and e-learning resources.
  • Participate in curriculum design, academic planning, and departmental activities.
  • Conduct and publish research in reputed journals and contribute to seminars/conferences.
  • Provide mentorship and counseling support to students.
  • Engage in extension activities, cultural programs, and literary events related to Hindi language and literature.
  • Contribute to institutional development, accreditation, and quality initiatives (NAAC, NBA, etc.).

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong command over Hindi language and literature.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to integrate technology in teaching-learning process.
  • Research aptitude and inclination towards academic excellence.
