  • NET/SET in English or Ph.D. in accordance with UGC regulations (preferred).

Experience:

  • 2-3 years teaching experience
  • Teaching and/or research experience at the university/college level will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English language, literature, and communication.
  • Design and deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops effectively.
  • Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work.
  • Engage in curriculum design, syllabus updating, and academic planning.
  • Publish research papers in reputed journals and present at seminars/conferences.
  • Mentor and counsel students for academic and career development.
  • Organize and contribute to departmental literary, cultural, and language-development activities.
  • Support institutional academic quality initiatives (NAAC, IQAC, NBA, etc.).

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in English literature and linguistics.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Research orientation and publication capability.
  • Ability to adopt ICT-based and innovative teaching methods.
