Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business targets. The role involves coordinating with customers, managing sales documentation, handling internal communication between departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
* Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
* Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payments, and after-sales support.
* Coordinate dispatch schedules and logistics with production and accounts teams.
* Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and maintaining CRM / sales databases.
* Support the sales team in managing leads, client communication, and responding to inquiries.
* Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer queries or issues.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team for product availability.
* Track sales performance metrics and highlight gaps or opportunities for improvement.
* Assist in organizing sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Qualifications & Skills
* Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
* 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
