We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support our Marketing Manager in the creation, editing, and publishing of digital content across various platforms, including social media and websites. This role will also manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn), assist in optimizing pay-per-click campaigns, and contribute to developing scalable marketing standards and processes as we grow our business in the U.S. and India.
Job Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Own and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and growth campaigns.
- Define audience segments, buyer personas, and value propositions in collaboration with product and sales teams.
Messaging & Positioning
- Develop differentiated messaging frameworks tailored for key personas and verticals.
- Create compelling product narratives that clearly articulate customer value and business impact.
Campaign Development
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and partner channels.
- Collaborate with branding, demand generation, and field marketing teams to support pipeline growth and customer engagement
- Sales Enablement
- Equip the sales team with enablement tools: pitch decks, product sheets, competitive battlecards, use cases, objection handlers, and ROI calculators.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product direction and GTM decisions.
- Be the internal expert on market trends, customer pain points, and industry benchmarks.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the bridge between product, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on objectives and execution.
- Influence the product roadmap by relaying market feedback and customer insights to product management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or related functions in the enterprise software or SaaS space
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and GTM strategies.
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, complex sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical thinker who can use data to drive strategy, decisions, and insights.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience or knowledge in the aftermarket domain is considered a strong plus.
- Experience working with global teams and navigating enterprise customer ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Workday is preferred and understanding of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo and Tableau is desirable.
