Role Overview:
As the Marketing - Assistant Manager / Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility and engagement through compelling content, impactful social media strategies, and meaningful partnerships. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical mindset, and relationship-building skills to position Altre as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & SEO
- Implement SEO best practices to increase content visibility and organic traffic.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content across blogs, newsletters, case studies, & thought leadership posts
- Collaborate with internal teams (research, product, sales) to generate data-driven and storytelling content.
Brand Strategy:
Shape and implement brand strategies that position Altre as a leader in the digital commercial real estate space and enhance the company's visibility across various channels.
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, research, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all content formats and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and exposure.
Performance & Analytics:
Track and report campaign performance across content, social media, and partnerships.
Requirements:
- 2–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong expertise in content, SEO and social media.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content editing skills.
- Experience in managing partnerships and external collaborations is a plus
- Experience in design is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in similar industry is preferred, not mandatory
