Job Overview:

Yenepoya Nursing home is looking for Front Office Executive for whose role:

· Acting as the first point of contact, managing patient flow, Scheduling appointments.

· Handling patient registration and check-in/check-out, managing patient records and billing

· Processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Registration

  2. Appointment Scheduling

  3. Handling Phone Calls

  4. Patient Check-in and Check-out

  5. Maintaining Patient Records

  6. Insurance verification

  7. Billing and Payment Collection

  8. Providing Customer Services

  9. Administrative Support

  10. Following Hospital Rules

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Experience:

Freshers or 1 year experience

· Professional Appearance and Demeanour
