Position Overview

We are building a
global client engagement and appointment management team
to support Bhionix.Group's international expansion.

As an
International Client Engagement & Appointment Manager
, you will be responsible for
managing client relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership visits abroad.
You will act as a
bridge between our leadership and global clients/partners
, ensuring meetings are productive and relationships are nurtured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a
    global client and partner database
    with updated contacts and engagement history.
  • Schedule and confirm
    appointments, meetings, and industry visits
    for leadership during international trips.
  • Act as a
    primary point of contact
    for international clients before and after meetings.
  • Ensure smooth
    preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support leadership in client-facing interactions.
  • Track and monitor client communications, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Provide post-visit reports
    summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
  • Support event participation, conferences, and networking opportunities abroad.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations
    .
  • 3–6 years
    of experience in
    client engagement, account management, or executive coordination
    .
  • Strong
    organizational and time-management skills
    .
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Comfortable working across
    different time zones and cultures
    .
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and scheduling platforms (Calendly, Outlook, Google Suite).
  • Flexibility to
    travel internationally
    when required.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  1. Appointment & Meeting Coordination

  2. Number of confirmed client/partner appointments per month/visit.

  3. % of scheduled meetings that are successfully conducted.

  4. Client Engagement

  5. Client response rate to outreach and follow-up (target %).

  6. Client satisfaction score/feedback post-meetings.

  7. Follow-up & Relationship Management

  8. % of meetings followed up within 48 hours.

  9. Number of repeat engagements/continued discussions with clients.

  10. Operational Efficiency

  11. Accuracy of client database and appointment calendar.

  12. On-time preparation of agendas, briefs, and reports.

  13. Reporting & Insights

  14. Quality and timeliness of post-visit engagement reports.

  15. Number of new insights or opportunities identified through client interactions.
