Job Title

Associate Client/Partner Engagement

Duration

6 months ( Contractual engagement)

Job Summary

The Associate Client/Partner Engagement will be responsible for supporting and streamlining client and partner engagement initiatives across SBUs. The role focuses on coordination, documentation, and reporting to ensure effective communication and structured insights for leadership. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with business leaders and contribute to strengthening client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Support
  • Collate and maintain updated contact lists of clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with SBU Heads and Business Development SPOCs to streamline outreach.
  • Manage meeting schedules, send reminders, and support calendar alignment for SBU Heads.
  • Template and Process Management
  • Design and maintain templates for capturing conversations and feedback.
  • Ensure feedback and discussions are documented in prescribed formats.
  • Monitor timely submission of templates and forms.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Capture insights from conversations in structured formats.
  • Compile weekly progress updates and share reports with the CEO.
  • Consolidate insights into a final end-of-project report and presentation for leadership.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meets deadlines for reporting, scheduling, and follow-ups without supervision.
  • Works well with cross-functional teams, aligning efforts smoothly across units.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
