Job Description:

We are looking for a

Senior Consultant – Business Operations & Analytics

to join our Partnerships & Alliances

(P&A)

team. This role will be responsible to coordinate, collect, report accurate data, and provide insights of Partnerships & Alliances

team activities. This role involves maintaining data quality checks of CRM entries, tracking pipeline, revenues & expenses, and provide actionable insights & dashboards to the management. The candidate should have knowledge of CRM concepts, hands-on experience of legacy & latest CRM tools like Zoho / Salesforce / Freshworks / MS Dynamics etc. and should be excellent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.). The candidate should have good knowledge and experience of running weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for sales & business enablement functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning - Insights and Analysis leading to decisions on partner co-sell strategy and planning.Establish and drive a well-defined process that enforces a discipline and efficiency in data collection, accuracy, reporting, and forecasting.Automate processes for faster reporting and providing single unified view of customers / and strategic partners.Generate accurate, clear, and user-friendly reports and provide actionable insights.Manage data accuracy on Internal CRM and Alliance Partner Portals and create internal reports for management and executive consumption.Identify process gaps and recommend, develop improvements to ensure efficiency.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the performance tracking opportunities from identification to deal closure stage.Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.Manage and extract reports from external portals such as Microsoft (MS Partner Centre – MPC), AWS (AWS Partner Network – APN), Google Cloud (Partner Advantage Portal), Databricks (Databricks Partner Portal) and Snowflake (Snowflake Partner Network – SPN) to name a few.

Experience and Skills:

· 7-10 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business / CRM Operations, Reporting & Analytics.· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field· Strong experience in managing CRM data on platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, Zendesk or similar. Relevant certifications are a plus.· Solid problem-solving, analytical & change management skills with the ability to think creatively and recommend automation techniques to streamline internal processes.· Excellent written & oral communication + presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex scenarios in a clear and concise manner.· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Self-starter with the motivation to take on new challenges, an entrepreneurial mindset.
