Education andExperience:Bachelor sdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.Minimum of 57 years of HRexperience.Skills and Competencies:Strongknowledge of HR best practices and employmentlaw.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.Provenability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.Strongproblemsolving and conflictresolutionskills.Proficiency in HRIS andMS Office applications.Highlevel of confidentiality and ethicalstandards- Skillsand Competencies: - Strong knowledge of HR best practices andemployment law. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolutionskills. - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications. - Highlevel of confidentiality and ethical standards
