Photodotedit is a trusted post-production partner for wedding photographers and videographers worldwide. We specialize in professional editing services that save time, enhance creativity, and help studios deliver polished results to their clients.

To grow our international network, we are looking for a Cold Email & Lead Generation Executive who can extract targeted email leads, manage spam-free cold campaigns, and build strong connections with wedding professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and extract verified email leads of wedding photographers and videographers in the US, UK, Australia, and other regions.
  • Create and manage personalized cold email campaigns that avoid spam filters and ensure high deliverability.
  • Build and segment email lists for maximum engagement and response rates.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, replies, conversions).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and global email outreach best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold email marketing and B2B lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of email warm-up, deliverability, and inbox placement strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like , Instantly, , NeverBounce, Mailjet, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills (English).
  • Ability to target and connect specifically with wedding photographers & videographers.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
