About the Role:

Create a sales funnel by working closely with our demand generation team to drive sales targets for the zone.

Drive sales targets, including new borrower onboardings, processing fees, assets under management (AUM) utilization, and disbursals.

Manage the existing portfolio, ensuring timely renewals and collections while enabling approvals with credit teams and closing customer documentation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams like credit, operations, and tech to create a scalable customer journey.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience across NBFCs
  • Strong understanding of SME/MSME supply chain finance products: Channel Finance, Term Loans, Business Loans, WCDL & Vendor Finance
  • Sales streak for convincing customers of B2B lending products from a lender and fintech perspective
  • Ability to contribute in an IC role with gradual performance-based growth to lead teams
  • Stakeholder management, business expectation fulfillment, and problem-solving skills
