The Sales and Design Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between design and sales, ensuring that both client expectations and business objectives are met. With a strong background in interior design or a related field, you'll manage design projects while simultaneously driving sales, client relationships, and business growth. You will work closely with our design and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions, maximize revenue, and create exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the sales and design process, working with clients to understand their needs and translating them into effective design solutions.

 Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial client consultation to final sale, ensuring

customer satisfaction and project profitability.

 Develop and present design proposals, including layout plans, material selections, and

product recommendations.

 Collaborate with clients, vendors, and suppliers to select appropriate products and materials while staying within budget and timeline constraints.

 Oversee project timelines and ensure design elements are delivered on schedule.

 Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client base through relationship building, networking, and strategic marketing.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and

positive referrals.

 Coordinate with the design team to ensure the seamless execution of projects and that

design vision aligns with the client's expectations.

 Provide regular project updates to senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirement for candidate profile:

 Experience: 2-7 years of experience in a sales and design role, preferably within interior

design, architecture, or a related industry.

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.

 Skills:

o Strong sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

o In-depth knowledge of design principles, trends, and materials.

o Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.).

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

o Customer-focused approach with an ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.

o Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members.

o Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning for design projects.
