Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, designing ad creatives, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), including campaign planning, implementation, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving ad performance
  • Creativity in designing ad creatives and strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in working with SMEs or local businesses is beneficial
