The HR Manager will support in overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and development programs while ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. As a Manager – Human Resources, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Develop and oversee recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talentEnsure a smooth onboarding process to integrate new hires into the company culture and processesTrack recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process

Employee Engagement & Retention:Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environmentRegularly assess employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms, creating action plans to address areas of improvementDrive retention programs that promote career growth and recognition within the organization

Performance Management:Manage the performance management system, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsSupport managers in setting measurable objectives and conducting regular performance reviewsWork on creating career development and growth plans for employees

Policy & Compliance:Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulationsUpdate HR policies as necessary and educate employees on policy changesHandle employee relations issues professionally, managing conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed

Learning & Development:Identify skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance employee performance and growthSupport the implementation of leadership development and other training programs to nurture talent within the organization

Compensation & Benefits:Collaborate with consultant to the administer payroll, benefits, and other compensation programsEvaluate and recommend compensation and benefits enhancements to remain competitive in the market

HR Analytics & Reporting:Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure effectiveness and areas of improvementProvide insights and reports to leadership on key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction

HR Process Improvement:Continuously improve HR processes and leverage HR technology to drive efficiency

Core RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)Proven experience (6+ years) in HR management or a similar roleStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices. Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR processesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work independently and make informed decisions. Strong organizational and time-management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead, influence, and inspire teams and employeesDemonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and talent development
