Your ideas matter, learning never stops, and innovation is in the DNA.What You’ll Do- Ensure optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouses/locations so products never go out of stock.- Act as the forecaster of inventory, projecting requirements for upcoming periods to align with sales targets and seasonal demand.- Lead inventory planning by creating replenishment schedules and monitoring order cycles.- Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs); manage inventory flows and goods in transit.- Monitor, report, and minimise ageing inventory; proactively move slow stock.- Develop and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets dashboards for real-time stock positions, movement analytics, and replenishment alerts.- Collaborate with sales teams to integrate forecasting into the overall demand plan, ensuring readiness for peak and promotional periods.- Partner with warehouse staff, vendors, and logistics to resolve bottlenecks and secure on-time product availability.- Leverage data insights to improve stock turns and optimise working capital.- Apply e-commerce inventory management techniques for online product listings, availability, and fulfilment accuracy.Who You Are- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in inventory/stock planning, preferably in e-commerce, D2 C, B2 B, or manufacturing backgrounds.- Proven expertise in forecasting, stock planning, and managing multi-location inventory flows.- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel dashboards, including custom formulas, pivots, and automated reporting.- Detail-focused, process-oriented, and able to anticipate supply challenges before they affect operations.- Strong communicator able to align inventory strategies with sales, warehouse, finance, and operations stakeholders.- Committed to continuous improvement and innovation in inventory systems.Why Buildskill- Work alongside a team of builders, fixers, and makers, where your impact is directly visible in business performance.- Sharp 50+ member team where you are visible, heard, and valued.- Continuous learning, inclusion, and respect aren’t slogans; they’re practised daily.- Be part of India’s fastest-growing home improvement brand, where every person contributes to the bigger mission.
