Demand Planners / S&OP professionals
from the
FMCG industry
to join our exclusive talent network for an upcoming
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) transformation
project with a
global consulting firm

The project involves supporting a leading
consumer products company
in overhauling its planning processes to improve
customer fill rates, inventory optimization, and forecast accuracy
across its value chain. This engagement forms part of a broader
operations excellence and digital transformation
effort, including the implementation of
advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis
.

This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong
demand/supply planning, S&OP, and analytics experience
who enjoy working in dynamic, data-driven, and cross-functional environments.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the consulting team in analyzing current planning processes and identifying key improvement levers across demand, supply, and inventory planning.
  • Design and implement enhanced S&OP processes, driving measurable improvements in customer service levels and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and execution.
  • Use analytical tools and methodologies to improve forecasting accuracy and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with client and technology teams during the implementation of digital planning tools (Kinaxis or similar), supporting configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Participate in project management routines including progress reviews, performance reporting, and issue resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–12 years of experience in
    S&OP, demand/supply planning, or supply chain transformation
    , ideally within the
    FMCG sector
    .
  • Experience with
    planning tools
    (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, Anaplan, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Prior experience working with
    top-tier consulting firms
    or in client-facing transformation programs preferred.
  • MBA from a reputed institute with a focus on Supply Chain, Operations, or Strategy.
