Demand Planner: Develop and implement the Demand Plan, Supply Plan and the Distribution Plan. Lead monthly “Sales & Operations Planning” and “Demand Planning” Meetings. Managing Finished Goods Inventory- Monitoring and publishing the status of FG (Red/Orange/Yellow) Ensuring the monthly write-off and disposal of Expired and Damaged FG in collaboration with Supply Chain Operations and the Commercial group Monitoring, Publishing and working collaboratively with sales team to ensure reduction in Orange FG Inventory, Monitoring, Publishing and suitably deploying the Yellow FG Inventory Help in creation of annual KRAs Ensure team members are developed, trained, motivated, evaluated for job performance and compensated fairly Ensure Deployment and Shipments to CSD customers as per the Purchase Order Graduation in Arts/Commerce/Science/Engg 3-5 Years relavant experience Data management and Excel Skills
