Development & DigitalisationThe Global Technical & Safety Training organization is a team of learning professionals and other specialists focused on ensuring the best learning solutions and tools are available for our stakeholders to develop the right skills, qualifications and competencies to transport, installation, commission, and service Vestas products, in the safest and most effective way.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirementsReview solutions and recommending improvementsGroom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the projectOwn the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutionsProvide guidance on user story writing styleEnsure finished project and acceptance criteria are defined for each storyDescribe and illustrate designs with appropriate justificationsEnsure documentation of the steps for testingGroom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEsSupervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of SalesforceCollaborative project and workstream planningQualificationsAt least 5-8 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projectsGood communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when onlineMinimum Salesforce certified: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App BuilderCompetenciesBachelor's / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of studySalesforce Designer certificationsSalesforce Architecture certificationsActive in the Salesforce communityWhat We Offer
