The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Talent Acquisition is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company’s talent acquisition strategy. This position leads a team of recruiters, collaborates with business leaders, and ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent to meet its strategic objectives. The AVP will drive innovative recruitment practices, enhance the candidate experience, and contribute to the organization’s long-term success by building a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities:Direct all recruitment efforts and processes intended to implement strategic recruitment procedures and improve upon recruitment processesCollaborate with leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirementsLead effective sourcing strategies and campaigns to increase Finvasia brand recognition as an employer of choice and attract quality candidates into our pipelineFind bottlenecks in the hiring process and devise strategies to overcomeEstablish and improve upon existing hiring metrics and KPI’sPerform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast based on business growth plansGenerate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports through dashboard for providing insights on recruitment to the managementUse new sourcing methods for hard-to-fill rolesConduct HR Round and offer negotiations with candidatesPlan employee referral programs to create an engaged workforceImplement online and offline employer branding activitiesManage, train and evaluate team of recruitersDevelop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire

Skills Required:Masters' degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification10+ years overall with a minimum of 6 years experience in HR managerial position in services or BFSI industryWell-versed with online hiring channels, such as , Naukri and other professional networksStrong command over HR management software like applicant tracking systems, etc.Must have strong communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsExcellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees
